You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.

mediation 8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Zambia Institute of Arbitrators.

The mediation or arbitration shall be conducted in Lusaka, Zambia, and the language shall be English. The decision of the mediator or arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking interim or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
